Catherine Bell is an actress of great height and athletic ability. Born in London, England she moved with her family to Los Angeles as a little girl. Although she had intended to major in pre-medicine in the college she dropped out in pursuit of the career of a model in Japan. After a few commercials, she returned in L.A. to made guest star appearances on TV shows as well as do a little film assignments. Isabella Rosellini hired her in 1992 as her bare physique double. On the set of Death Becomes Her she met Adam Deason (her future husband). Her interest was sparked by a small guest-appearance on JAG, the NBC show JAG. JAG changed its location in 1996 and was transferred to CBS which she joined in 1996. She was cast in the role of Lt. commander Harmon "Harm" Rabb (David James Elliott). In real life, as a kickboxer and snowboarder, her athletic skills lead the way for physically demanding scenes in the action films Men of War, Crash Dive and Black Thunder. In 2000, she was a part-time actress along with Casper Van Dien as Thrill Seekers in a sci-fi thriller.
